What to include

A complete first report shortens every step that follows. Include:

Organization

Your organization name and, for marketplace deployments, the listing you deployed from.

Product · release

The product name and the release or image identifier where known.

Environment

For VM appliances: Google Cloud project ID, region, zone, and VM name. Otherwise: platform and deployment details.

Severity

Your assessment of operational impact, so triage starts in the right place.

Description

What was attempted, what happened, and exact error text where available.

Diagnostics

Appliance products ship a local support-bundle tool. Extract the archive in a controlled environment and review every file before sending. Never include signing keys, TLS private keys, credentials, or regulated evidence.
